1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FrameGrabber app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Trial

FrameGrabber operates on a subscription model. To access the video frame extraction features, you must purchase a yearly subscription for $39.99.

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial period for new users. During this trial, you have full access to all extraction features. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew yearly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after being charged, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Intellectual Property

a. All content within the FrameGrabber app, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of FrameGrabber developers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our app without permission.

4. User Content and Data

Your Videos: You retain ownership of all videos you upload or process through FrameGrabber. We do not claim any rights to your videos or extracted frames.

Processing: All video processing and frame extraction occurs locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or access your videos or extracted frames on our servers.

Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process any videos you upload to the app.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect your data.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee the app will meet your expectations or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
